Flags, bats and hurdles.
The coach blows into the whistle, prompting the athletes to take their places, and they do. Digging their foot into the solid ground they prep, awaiting further instructions and with the blow of a whistle or snap of the fingers they become transfixed with their activity, turning into a blur of color and rhythm as they navigate through the ups and downs of their sport.
Practice serves as a key symbol of any sport, art and exercise. After all, without practice how does one become perfect?
